Appears little used. 176 pages, many b/w (and some colour) photos and drawings in the text, colour illustrations to the dustjacket and frontispiece are by Denys Watkins Pitchford, as are some of the b/w scraperboards, references, gazetteer, index, subscribers list. Limited edition, there were 616 numbered copies - this copy is not numbered.
