Hurst & Blackett 1909 First Edition Hardcover Very Good with no dust jacket
Clean hardback tightly bound in green cloth with gilt titles and decoration, cloth has minor rubbing at corners and pages are a little age-toned, no inscriptions. Nice binding - has 'Mrs. C. N. Williamson' (who I assume was the first owner) blocked onto the base of the spine, and the Hurst & Blackett monogram blindstamped onto the upper board. 320 pages, engraved frontispiece. Romantic novel by a very prolific author, undated but I'd guess 1909 based on the previously issued book list on the title page
